Pastor Tim Phillips

Pastor Tim Phillips was born and raised in Georgia. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University (where he came to faith in Jesus Christ in 1988) and taught high school math for 11 years. He left the teaching profession in 2001 to attend Erskine Theological Seminary . He was ordained by Mississippi Valley Presbytery of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church on April 25, 2004, and he has served as the pastor of churches in Mississippi, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He also served as Principal Clerk of Mississippi Valley Presbytery from 2009-2025. In 2025 he accepted a call to plant n ARP Church in Raeford, NC. He and his wife Anna were married in 2001, and they have 3 daughters: Grace, Elizabeth, and Ruth
